Prior to opening REHAB AT WORK Julie had quite a diversified background in the Occupational Therapy field. In 1985 she began to specialize in work related injuries and chronic pain patients. In 1990 Julie founded REHAB AT WORK, currently the largest privately owned industrial rehabilitation provider in the DC Metro area. Functional activities for the Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehab patients and exceptional customer service for our clients are the cornerstones of her company’s success.
She has been a member of professional organizations and a presenter both on the national and local levels. She has served on boards such as Maryland Joint Task Force and the Chesapeake Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector. Her certifications include Certified Work Adjustment Specialist, Certified Weight Trainer and Certified Ergonomic Specialist.

Darla Croce has treated in the field of outpatient therapy and sports medicine since 1993. She began her practice in California as a therapist for two years in an orthopedic therapy setting. Thereafter, she has focused her experience working and supporting the recovery of injured workers. In 1995 she joined the REHAB AT WORK team, and has since been an integral member having held the positions of Work Hardening Coordinator, Clinic Manager, Regional Manager and Director of Marketing and Quality Assurance. Darla currently holds the position of Director of Business Development.
In 2008 she held the position of President of CARPPS-Chesapeake Association of Rehab Professionals in the Private Sector. Darla currently serves as Secretary of the organization. She has been a member of IARPS-International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. Darla has presented in-services locally and nationally.

Nathan began his career in Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation with REHAB AT WORK in 2001. Nathan has since provided Physical Therapy to those with orthopedic injuries in the Baltimore region, focusing his practice in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and as a Functional Capacity Evaluator. In 2002, he was promoted to the Clinic Manager position for REHAB AT WORK’s Baltimore clinic. In 2007 he was again promoted to the Regional Manager position, overseeing the clinical and operational management of both the Baltimore and Pikesville clinics. Most recently, he was promoted to Director of Physical Therapy Services.
Nathan is a dedicated member of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Community frequently lecturing for other health professionals and organizations on topics in areas of Industrial Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Orthopedics. He is an active member of the Baltimore Claims Association and has testified as an expert witness on industrial rehabilitation.
